I agree 100% - in fact my wife and I are most likely leaving Miami to
join Mark up in New Hampshire - leaving our rep in Miami to keep the work
flowing.  My only point was that a lot of people don't realize that a
$40,000 a year job in the midwest or east coast is worth a lot more than
the same amount in LA.  We had an job applicant who was an LA resident
who had worked on one of the summer's number 1 features who demanded $200
per hour to work for us - he didn't stop to think about the cost of
living on the east coast (or the fact that you don't get shot at as much
in New Hampshire) :-)
